Premiere: 2007 05 18 Lithuania

Fire twirling spectacle, which was first shown in “Kaunas days” in year 2007, also it’s smaller versions in the capital Vilnius, Alytus and Klaipėda.

About the premiere
In the pioneering 40 minute long show in Lithuania which was shown in a historical site of Kaunas – the Kaunas castle – everyone could view a symbolic Sun’s journey through different parts of the world: the East, the South, the West and the North. Besides numerous fire effects, the spectators observed skillful manipulations of fire by the fakirs as well as performances by various collectives.

Before the spectacle ended each performer entering or leaving the stage was gifted with acclamations by audience of more than 10 thousand.
The show itself was instantly labeled as one of the best events among those that have ever taken place in Lithuania.
